Jarosław Jurczak

Jarosław Jurczak is an experienced leader in the sports and investment sectors, currently serving as Vice President of the Management Board and CFO of Legia Warsaw, a leading Polish football and multi-sport club, as well as Managing Director at Radwan Investments, a family office focusing on IT, sports and entertainment, media, and real estate.

Over his 20-year career, he has gained a reputation as a driving force behind, supporter of, and manager of enterprises and investments, ranging from startups to multi-billion dollar projects. His expertise includes corporate and project finance, governance management, business risk, and international transactions, particularly in sectors such as sports, entertainment, IT, infrastructure, real estate, biotechnology, oil and gas, and energy. He is also deeply involved in impact investments in developing countries, with a focus on Central and Eastern Europe.

Previously, he was a manager at Kulczyk Investments, Poland’s largest investment firm, where he led projects and mergers and acquisitions transactions in the infrastructure, oil and gas, and energy sectors. Before that, he advised the Minister of National Defense and practiced law at CMS Cameron McKenna in Warsaw.

He holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Warsaw School of Economics and a Master’s degree in Law and Administration from the University of Warsaw. He was also a Visiting Scholar and fellow in Law and Economics at the University of California, Berkeley, and a Ph.D. candidate in Comparative Economic Analysis of Law and Institutions at the University of Turin from 2004 to 2007. He is a graduate of the Zbigniew Pełczyński School for Political Leaders.

He sits on several supervisory boards of businesses and non-profit organizations, including the Legia Foundation and the Legia Soccer Schools Foundation, and is passionate about creating value through strategic investments and partnerships across different industries and markets.
